I recently got a 1990 s10 blazer and the wiper switch doesnt work. It will make them go faster or slower but it won't turn them off. I have to take a fuse out and put it in to get them to turn off or on. I was told it was the pulse board but i dont want to spend $50 dollars if that isnt the problem. And if it is the problem how hard is it to change one? Does anything need to be soldered? I am in italy right now so it will be kinda expensive to get the italians to do it. so i would like to do it myself. thanks...
