1990 V2500 Suburban rust-repair/rebuild

Purchased this a little over a year ago from another member, since then its mostly just been rot/rust-repair, the rot on the rear 1/4 panels was extensive and in the end we opted to cut off donor 1/4's around 2" above the bottom corner of the side windows all the way into the rear-portion of the rocker panels

Current plans are simple:
Make it reliable
Dana 60/14BFF (Already in possession, currently cleaning/rebuilding)
3-3.5" Rear Lift
2-2.5" Front lift
