Year: 1991
Make: Ford
Model: F-250, ext cab., 4x4.
Engine: 7.3L diesel
Trans: E40D, Auto w/ OD
Mileage: 230K miles
Power windows/locks/Tint/cd player/amp...

- 230K on the 7.3l IDI non-turbo, Previous owner stated the motor was rebuilt at 95K. (Runs like new.)
* I don't have the paperwork for the rebuild, as the 1st owner lost it, but it runs super nice.

TURBO PARTS (NOT installed):
- Banks wastegated Sidewinder turbo. (Zero shaft play, bearings/turbines good.)
- Brand new larger sized turbine, previously installed in the same model turbo. (More boost.)
(Removed after 10 miles, owner stated: "whistle was too loud", clearanced and ready to install!)
- Banks turbo mounting bracket, w/ pyro sensor.
- Intake hat & air filter housing.
- Relocation brackets.
- CDR cover.
- Pyrometer.
- I'm sure I'm forgetting something....

THE MOTOR IS STILL STOCK.... I lost steam on this project, before I had a chance to toss the turbo in.

- Trans. is brand new, rebuilt, and HD
*New trans installed at 202K.
*Full trans service, and rebuild, w/ billet torque converter, Transtar package, and Trans. cooler @225K.

- T-case is new, replaced @ 202K... when trans was replaced.

- 31" BFG A/T's, on stock F-250 wheels. Low tread, maybe 15-20% (?)

- Tow package, w/ 4.10 gears, LSD, gooseneck hitch, 12v plug in bed, and Trailer plug. (Trailer plug isn't wired, yet.)

EXTERIOR:
- Brand new headlights/lenses/housings. (blacked out corners.)
- Brand new tail lights. (blacked out, w/ RED Led bulbs. VERY visible! )
- Brand new grille. (Billet, black.)
- Brand new Ghost Cab lights, w/ reverse lights. (SkyPods, Led.)
- Brand new led courtesy lights.
- Brand new tint: 5% rear, 15% front. (front is like stock tint.)
- Headache rack.
- Toolbox.
- 12v plug in bed.

- The paintjob is a Rustoleoum Flat Black "roll-on".
*It's not the prettiest job, as it wasn't meant to be permanent, but it's MUCH better than the car cancer I sanded off.
*For those that don't know: 1991 was the year Ford DIDN'T put UV protectant in their clearcoat. ;)

- There's also a dent in the rear-driver corner of the cab... I was gonna knock it out, but I just don't have the time.

This truck has NO RUST.... NOT A SPOT OF IT.

INTERIOR:
- New black carpet, custom pressed for this truck, at an uphholstery shop in SoCal.
- New black dash mat, custom cut for this truck. perfect fit.
- Dodge neon seats, on custom frames, w/ grade-8 hardware. (Black, doner car had 37K miles.)
- Stock rear bench seat.
- Headliner is gray, w/ a california flag.

The "Bad's":

- The Truck needs new batteries. It sat for 4 months, and killed the old ones.
*I could buy new batteries, but my price will be far less negotiable.
* I have two batteries that I can use to crank the truck for a test drive, but they go in other trucks.

- The ignition cylinder (key cylinder), needs to be replaced....It's on it's last leg, but still works.
*It's a $20 part, at NAPA.... and takes 15min's to replace.

- Power window motors are wierd... Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. (May need replaced.)

- There's a dent in the cab.

- The interior still needs work.

- Reg will be non-op... I don't feel like paying reg on a truck I don't drive.

I have paperwork for EVERYTHING on this truck. (except the engine rebuild, as first owner lost it.)
I also have all the receipts for accessories, to back their warranties, etc.
I have the Trans service bills, as well.

Beyond that, you'd just have to come check it out.
It was gonna be my Tow Rig project, but I decided it'd be better off with someone else.

I just don't have the time, or energy for it.

This was the day I bought the rig:

So whats the average mpg on one of these?
Whats left to stick the banks kit on?

The last owner said he got 18-20mpg, if I remember correctly.

Honestly, all that's needed is to:
-Buy the hardware for the turbo mount.
-Buy the tubing to connect the Turbo to the Intake.
-Install parts, and make Up and Downpipes.

Then, there's the window motors, and lack of batteries... :haha:
I just don't feel like fabbing custom pipes, for a truck I'm not keeping.
