I have another shifter and Y pipe already pulled from an 85 K10, only difference is the set parking brake text. $50 plus shipping for both parts. But if you prefer the other one, I can have it pulled within a couple days. I sell the shifter as an assembly but can toss out anything you don't need to save shipping weight.

No, nothing worth saving. The exhaust extension was likely because diesel exhaust was coming in through the rear wheelwells.

It is in good shape but I'll have to get a better pic in the morning. The antenna was removed and sitting in the back seat when I picked it up.

I'm thinking $15 for the part and it should be light enough to go first class mail ($5-7) but I will need to weight it once it is pulled.
