1991 suburban hub question.

I have a 91 3/4 v2500 burb and want to change locking hubs to manual warn hubs since ones I have are stock auto hubs. My question is can I just change the hubs or do I need to do anything else cause the warn site says something about transfer case conversion kit. What does this mean.Thanks

Hubs are all you need. The t-case conversion was only for the older full time 4wd trucks with the np203. You (im assuming) have an np241 which is not full time and therefore, all you need is the hubs.
