Found 1991 Suburban tilt column

I don’t know how the previous owner did this to my steering column, but the high beam rod is gone and the steering wheel lock is also gone. So I need a replacement I just want to bolt something in and go. It needs to have tilt with delay wipers and cruise control.

Car thieves do that to gm steering columns, you can work the rack and rod start the the truck just like having the key.

Thats what I was told by a former GM mechanic. I see the 88-94 columns for sale a lot but I can’t find if they interchange.

Mine has an aftermarket Stainless Steel housing on top of the factory unit.... Makes it harder to attack the factory housing.

I couldn't say for sure if they are the same, 88-94 is the GMT400, you would probably be better served by 83-87 column the show have the same switch configuration and harness plugs.
I stopped work at dealer with trucks in late 88, and went to a Buick agency, from there to Guberment fleet, unfortunately they liked Furds more than Squares.
Had load of GMT400.

$75-150 for an automatic tilt column depending on condition and completeness. Best to pull the steering wheel and intermediate slip shaft for shipping otherwise the size of the box makes shipping unreasonable.
