1991 Chevy 3/4 ton Suburban--PERFECT for a squarebody LS swap. Turbocharged 6.2 diesel that runs great! 4L80E transmission that has a factory stand alone computer/controller because of it being a mechanical 6.2 diesel. Trans has NO REVERSE, so will need repair! NP241 with electronic VSS, and the electronic instrument cluster rounds out everything needed for an LS swap. Suburban is whole and drivable, so a person could just repair the trans and use as is. Had a nice Western 7.5' plow on it which could also be available if someone wanted it for a plow rig. $2000 firm

It was last used as a plow truck in the 2018-19 winter. I bought it last September with the intention of using parts for an LS swap into a blazer that I was building. Plans changed on that, so I brought it home from my lake place this last weekend so I could either sell it or part it. Worth more in parts, but I've got that V30 crew I'm building in my shop and I have a couple other squares that my son and I are working on also. It had been sitting since last September, I put my charger and a jump battery on it and it fired right up and I drove it on my trailer.

So as far as you know a rebuilt 4l80e should be enough to be a runner?
Anything else that needs attention?

I just added more pics that show the rust. It's mainly the rear sill, that hole in the rocker is on the drivers side at the rear. The rest of the rocker seems solid. The other pic is the front of the rear wheel opening on the driver side. I will look close at the passenger side this weekend and add any other pics that would be of concern. It seems to run great, I bought it last September and left it parked at my lake place until last weekend. A spare battery and my charger and it fired right up and ran great.
