It is mine :D

Pictures to come tomorrow afternoon.. I just got home today. Silverado package, very clean interior(down to the perfect dash pad!), and over all very clean! This one has pretty much every option available to that year.. surprisingly the windows and such all work fine.

It has 99,122 miles on it as it sits in my driveway, trany was replaced at 53K by the dealer in 1998. Paint job is typical of that year.. it sucks. Going to get it repainted eventually. Trany is definitely a 4L80E with an NP241 behind it :D Gear ratio is 3.73.. New tires, new brakes, new exhaust system(3" from the y pipe back), and new CD player. Last oil change was at 97K and the oil still looks very clean.. going to do it anyways here in the next week or so.

So far, I'm pretty pleased :D

good game. I'm loving mine. Gotta get some more pics up of mine, only one i have is the crappy one with the old man running boards on it.

PM me if you don't mind me asking what you paid.

I paid $3500.. which was probably a little high, but I wanted this vehicle and he was firm on the price

The next "project" will be fixing the issues with the ford.. new passenger exhaust manifold, new hubs, and new u-joints in the front axle, at least now I can do that without worrying about my daily driver..

nice score, that body style suburban is my favorite of all time, like a tank they are. im jealous. i have to wait years to be able to afford something like that.

Washougal is about 15-20 miles east of I-5 in Vancouver.. :D

I'd been looking for a '91 Blazer or V2500 Burb for a daily driver for a month or so now to replace the Ranger... been getting annoyed with anywhere from 12-18 MPG and have little power and little space. It is a good little truck and will remain in the family.

Here she is :D Title and paperwork is done..

Remote start is friggin sweet!

I dug out the window sticker.. it was with the papers, apparently the running boards were dealer installed. Are they screwed into the rocker panels? :doah:

thats a steal

$3500:eek1:that sub is to pretty to wheel! i have a friend w/ same exact truck except scottsdale....w/6'' bds lift..brand new 35'' mud grapplers..16'' american racing wheels...front winch bumper w/8274 warn winch...solid truck...he's asking $12k, but belive he said he would sell it for $10k!

OKay, now here's a dumb problem..

I went to open the barn doors to take a look at the spare and rear seat.. and they won't open. They worked earlier today :doah:Doors are unlocked.. but when I go to push the button on the latch there is little resistance(Don't feel it unlatching) and the key doesn't seem to help with anything

Sorry I can't help with your problem, but that thing looks sharp.

I wouldn't sweat the price, $3k seems to be the going price for clean ones. It's usually the beaters that go for two or less.

you broke the latch. our old 85 did the same thing and we ended up having to pull the panel off the inside and opening it that way. then its not too hard from there.

personal preference, get rid of that woodgrain junk. i do not like that. otherwise, you got a steal:thumb: i also think its too nice to wheel. make that a tow rig.

oh it might also be the locking mechanism isnt working. did you try to unlock it with the key? or just the electric locks? sometimes that happens.

Well I tried both the electric switch and the key.. nothing. I push the button, all I feel is the spring for resistance, button pops back up on the door.

are you sure it is unlocked. that is how mine act when they are locked. You can push the button, but nothing really there.
