1992 blazer

yeah - thanks, i do look at them also. Amazing how many dealers are WAY higher than KBB on their vehicles. (but of course, you dont' get squat on a trade) I would think from the right buyer I could get $3500, but it depends on the market. I've probably got $7k into the truck! :dunno:

listed the truck - we'll see what we get

Listed the truck - decided on 3800 - we'll see what we get! (put it in autotrader, any other places I should try?)

I thought about that, but craigslist worries me. I've heard SO many stories about rip-offs and thefts......

You know, you will get flakes. But then again, meet in a public place, take cash only, be smart, and you'll be fine.

For a truck under $5k, its really your best bet.

I've lived on craigslist for years, probably bought/sold 10 vehicles...

guys - i am not looking for people to improve, or upgrade my CURRENT rig. I am looking for what price to ask for my 1992 Blazer.....

Sorry ck5 bro I was just interested in seeing your current setup, Im looking for a horse trailer for my K5, 30 years ago I towed a LOT with my K5 gasser with no issues at all and now I'm running an 86 with a 6.2 so with the added weight of the diesel I don't expect any problems but who knows. :dunno:

and in florida, at sea level on flat ground, probably still not an issue, except maybe for brakes. Up here at 6500+ altitude and with no flat ground anywhere around, its underpowered, and underbraked for towing. And getting a stock trailer, which is what i plan on, will exceed the max weight as well.
