4.3L TBI, NV3500 5-speed manual transmission, NP231 mechanical shift transfer case. 194K on the odometer today.

This has been my daily driver for a while going to Seattle and back. It runs and drives great because I spent a lot of time and money making it mechanically reliable as my personal daily.

Cosmetically, it is not perfect. Slightly better than what you expect for the age and mileage. Some minor dents, no rust issues. Interior in decent shape but missing the radio.

Work done at 192K in October 2023:
Serpentine belt, idler pulleys, and tensioner
Remote oil filter hoses
Full tune up (plugs, cap, rotor, wires)
New Bilstien shocks
4 new tires
Starter
Pitman arm, tire rod ends, idler arm, and trust angle alignment
Harmonic balancer and front oil seal
Muffler and tailpipe
Front wheel bearings
