Hope it's a Cummins.. :wink1:

FWIW, that's a good price. I sold my SWEET running TBI 454 + TH400 complete, 25k miles on a rebuild for $1400...

Yes, A 4BT with inline pump 4000rpm gov HY35 turbo, Marine pistons Ported and balanced.
Looking for the right intercooler. I have one off of a duramax but its rather large.

Oh - right on..!! Yeah - I am in the process of fitting my 6BT in right now. Just got the driveshaft back Monday (shortened the front half ~13") and had to pick up a new radiator cross support / headlights / bezels / trim / lower valance from a 1985 GMC.. Why..?? That d@mn Dodge intercooler is too big to fit the '89 grille / headlight assembly.. it'll fit behind a pre-89 grille..

Another acquaintance here has a 1989 front end on his 6BT repowered '75 Chebbie 2500 4x4, & he used a Powerstroke intercooler.. It fits nicely between the headlights.. I believe it is the same width as the early Dodge intercoolers as well.. HTH

Edit: The awesome folks at AutoworldMT sent me some pics of a new body style 3500 (same front end as yours) & what it takes to fit the Dodge intercooler.. They cut the inner marker/turn signal buckets, consolidated signal bulbs to the outside buckets & glued a chromed panel in behind the abandoned lens..
