Has anyone done a frame replacement or fabrication on their Blazer? I have a 94 that was in a front end wreck and the frame was straightened out but, as you all know, it's just not the same. I would like to upgrade to a fully boxed frame, but haven't been able to find anyone that knows what they are doing when it comes to building a frame.

Anyone taken on this task or know who can do it? I'm in AZ but am willing to go to neighboring states to have it done right.

Thanks.

Sounds like a TON of work.

I would think your best bet would be to find a 4 door tahoe, or a burb, and steal its frame. A lot more common. And for the burb, you could step up to the 3/4 ton version . Shorten accordingly, and box if desired.

I would put serous thought into going solid front axle if you are doing that much work.

Indeed, considering you can get a kit from ORD for around $500.
