When it rains my battery light flickers on and off and my volt gauge drops any ideas?its a new alt and it a big diehard battery that works good. Idk what could be getting wett to do thiis any ideas? This is my daily family driver and last truck my blazers down for now please help.

And idk if this is part of it but it runs about 14 volt in park and while driving but while at a idle in ger I drops in the middle of 9 and 14......14 is in the middle of the gauge.

Ever had the wipers act funny??
If your running the wipers then I would remove and check the soldier joints inside the wiper motor assy. I have had to repair/replace many of those control boards for loose solider joints. If no corrosion is in there you can resoldier them.

check grounds for battery and alternator, to make sure it grounds itself with the mounting...(not greasy or something to prevent making a good ground)

Your volt gauge should not fluctuate that much.

Start by adding additional grounds. I like the cheap "lawn and garden" cables at Walmart in the battery section. I ran additional grounds from body to frame, frame to motor, and frame to Battery negative. All using the same, clean, frame connection. I BET this will help steady your gauge, and give you a more accurate reading.

Belt slipping when damp?
Bad new alternator or bad connections?

14v is about where you want to be, all the time.

Long shot, only does this in gear with foot on brake? Check the wiring to the tail/brake lights. May be a bad ground back there or some other related issue.

You really should be checking the voltage at the batt with a voltmeter while this is happening, obviously this requires a second person. It could be just a crappy guage. Also look for anything loose underhood that could be affecting this when the car is put into gear, loose wires, loose batt cables, loose engine ground cable.
