1995 to 1992 engine swap

I have a 1992 K2500 extended cab with a 5.7 that threw a rod. Will a 5.7 from a 1995 K1500 Suburban bolt right in? What all would I need to change ?

Should be a direct swap, '95 was the last year for TBI. Only differences are minor and would be possible provisions for roller cam, 4 bolt vs 2 bolt mains, etc.
