1998 K3500 T-case

I have a 1998 K3500 with the gas motor. The transfercase took a crap on me this week and I need to get it back on th road, but I do not know what t-case it is. I know it's the Broq Warner case, but other than that I don't know where to go for parts or a new case if I have to go that far. Thanks for any help/advice you can give.

do you think places like bumper to bumper would have the parts you need?... if it comes down to it im sure there will be a junk yard somewhere in your area with one to snatch up
