1999-2007 silverado dash panel

Does any vendor make a bolt in replacement for gmc/chevrolet dashes of this era?

I see plenty of covers, overlays etc. Tried patching mine with fiberglass but wasn't really happen w the results & ended up scrapping it.

I don't know where you would find one, as I have never looked. I have yet to see one broken around here. Not that I look much to see. I know that we have scrapped a bunch of them because we haven't been able to sell them locally.
You're probably too far away to come get one.

South + sun + age does a number on them. The usual places, LMC, Rock Auto only sell the covers and not the actual dash. Given how fragile they are, its likely one of the reasons no one wants the hassel of trying to make repos and ship them.
