1ton van 14bsf/1ton truck 14bff

Are the spring pads the same width on each of these? Im away from home or id measure myself. Id think so but, I also thought the springs were the same. Damn vans 56"s are 2 1/4" wide and not 2 1/2".

I don't think any 1 ton uses a 14sf axle, IIRC they are all 14ff axles.

Well the 91 g30 I bought "had" a 14bsf in it. I yanked it for someone to sell (didnt sell, its gone though) but still have a 14bff that was sold, but isnt now. Confusing, I know. Im wondering if the ff will go under the van to make it a roller so I can move it? If so ill take it off CL and here and another board since it aint selling this time around.
I gotta headache now, how about you?

Nope, fully understand whats going on or did go on.

I still don't think any 1 ton got a 14sf, someone may have swapped it in though. At any rate, just move perches if need be and bolt it up to make it a roller again.

Thanks Scott, youve ALWAYS been right with me.
The Damn thing sure did "appear" original though. If the perches arent right I will probably just have the wrecker drag it up onto his flatbed, dont want the xtra hassle. If it will bolt up itll afford me some storage while I finish my landscaping. Might be better to just scrap it now and be one step closer to "finishing" my house. Whatevers meant to be will be.
