Hey guys I picked up a 94' S-10 with a 2.2 and a blown manual transmision. These had a T-5 WC in them in 94-95, which is differen then the obs s-10's regular T-5, and are a bit harder to find then the 96+ nv1500's they put in the S-10. So I already know the older t-5's wont work (starter is on the wrong side of the bellhousing and the bellhousings dont match), and I found a nv1500 pretty cheap, Im just wondering about crossmembers and driveshaft lenghts? Also input and output splines. Am I going to need a new clutch, or output yoke? Any help would be appreciated. Or would a mustang T-5 WC work?

Yeah so I just ended up finding another 94 T5 trans used for 200 bones. You're response was still more inforamtive than some of the ones I got on some of the S10 forums... it amazes me how terrible other communites are compared to this one sometimes with the lack of knowledge and misinformation that is in them.
