2 454's

My buddy has these 2 454 motors. One is out of an 89 V3500 and the other is out of an 85 K30. Both are 4bolt main. Bost are supposet to run but he didn't try. He just pulled them when he parted the trucks.

Was the 89 a TBI? If so, does it have the throttle body and harness? What about accessory brackets. I am looking for a complete TBI 454 with harness and accessories.

The 89 is TBI and complete. He's selling as builders because they haven't been run in a few years. 1 is still in the truck,the other he just pulled.
