2" add-a-leaf/rear block lift

I have a NEW front add-a-leaf and new rear blocks with u-bolts. I got them for my 88, but don't think I'll ever get around to doing it. Since the trucks for sale, i have no need to keep them. I am moving and need to sell some stuff.
