2 more 52" spring ?'s

#1: Who has done the swap and is running a sm465-np205 combo, I am worried about the driveshaft binding when flexing. I all ready have a HAD 1350CVto1410 shaft but it is allready close to binding with just 4" bds springs.

#2: Where is everyone getting the corect bushings for the swap. Offroad Design wants $56 plus shipping for the set, Thats sounds alittle high.

A buddy of mine has 52's w/ his SM465/203/205 K30/Scout Hybrid and he got his drivelines from High Angle Driveline. He didn't get the 42* CV like I did, but he got a high end line from Jesse.

so I guess it would be impossible to run 52's with the stock front driveshaft from my k20 burb that has a th400/np203?
I've been contemplating this kind of swap. Would it be possible that I could just lengthen the front shaft? Or would I have to get a custom made one?

i bought mine from Timmay. paid around $55 for them, he said he was selling me stuff at his cost, and with free shipping.

Check out DIY4X, Kert makes big thick washers that you can use with the stock 52" bushing to make the overall width correct. I got my rear shackles and washers from him, the stuff is first class and fit like a champ. Using this set up I have an off the shelf bushing that wont be hard to find in a pinch.
