I did a search and I cant find who said they had difficulty fitting the 2 quart oil filters.

Since I get the same specs (just shorter) for 4wd SBC's....
(except the oil filter is pointed straight down and has no clearance issues)
Just wondering why someone couldnt throw one of these on their gassers.

My pickup however, has the oil filter mounted horozontally, and it is right about the torsen bar- Was just wondering in what application did the 2 quart not fit?

I bought the two quart filter, but my exhaust is in the way just enough that I can't spin it on. I'll be sure to fix that problem when I do my exhaust...

I guess they had to change the design a bit when using the block on a IFS system-the Torsen bars are in the way. Im hoping that I dont have too many problems!

Here's the list of popular 2 quart oil filters. All have the standard PF35 base, and will fit on anything SBC, BBC, 6.2, and 6.5.

I never had a clearance problem before or after the turbo.
