Depends how you do it. I did it for about $75 once with a set of add a leaves and blocks for the rear.
That's about all I would spend for 2". If you're not going to do 4" I doubt I'd even spend the time.
4" will cost you $400-500 to do it right but you'll have all new bushings, steering correction, etc.
