1- who makes a 23 spline female input for a big bore 205?

2- who makes a SYE kit for the 241s?

JB conversions makes an SYE for the np241. If you have the driver's drop they also have a super short SYE. As for the 23 spline input, maybe try giving Sumner Machine a call. They make the intermediate shafts for NWF's doubler and possibly other companies (ORD, JEDS)
 
Is there a reason you're using a big bore 205 over a small bore--doesn't the stock 23 spline input fit the small bore 205?

I thing the 23 spline is Dodge, the 23 spline is male with a coupler. The OD od of the 23 spline takes the big bearing NP 205. Dodge used an adapter to change a figure 8 to circle 6 bolt pattern.
Edit, It appears Dodge didn't offer the NP205 in 23 spine but 29 spline.

Dodge 205's used 23 spline behind the autos, 29 spline behind the manual trannys. GM 205's used 10 spline behind the SM465, 27 spline behind the TH350, and 32 spline female behind the TH400 up to 1985, when they went to 32 spline for everything that used the 205. Ford used a 31 spline input on all mated 205's.

Dodge 23 spline inputs, GM 10 and 27 spline inputs all use the small bearing case and inputs are directly interchangeable. Dodge 29 spline, GM 32 spline, and Ford 31 spline all use the big bearing case.
