2" Tuff Country springs...?

How do these ride? (I`m replacing all 4 springs.)
My truck spends 90% of its time on road So I want something that rides good on-road.
But I want to be able to go riding in the desert when I want too.
Will 35x12.50`s fit with no rubbing , w/ a 2" lift ? Would 3" a better?
Right now my 33`s rub on small bumps at full lock , like leaving my apt`s parking lot.But I`m not sure how much the front is sagging...
