Oh man, I didn’t even know about this truck. 
Yep need to be Finished for sure .
Too bad about the stock aluminum wheels. They would have looked good on there. Has there been any progress?

more dust on it and a gm original blue carpet and padding kit in the cab now i pulled from the doner body i used on the BUDGET BEATER build .
Somehow missed this, any progress on this? Looks sweet

got in a good production mood the last week and figured do some work even if its not much on this old girl .
needed tires so i looked at the BFG radial T/A and there not getting good reviews the last year with the white letters not staying white or even cleaning up at all . so i went to my #2 choice and got some cooper cobra tires . bonus was i got 4 coopers for half the price of the BFG tires .
i went old school look and did 235/70/15 front on 6.5" wide G-10full size van rally wheels up front . then the rear is getting 255/70/15 and mounted on truck 8" rally wheels . just not sure if i want chrome centers or black centers yet . i was thinking black but the chrome surprised me on here already . and i do not plan on trim rings unless i can find a NICE set of them but i dont plan on them so they would need to be super clean . and being the van rims on the front the 2 up there would be small compared to the rears . and yes i am using 88-98 center caps with conversion lug nuts and black plastic nut caps .
i dug out the rims and made sure there all straight and no wobbles or bends on a balancer when i stripped the tires off as i parted the trucks years ago . next was some time in the blast box with some medium grit coal slag / black beauty media . they cleaned up 90% some spots or rust pitting but i dont care there clean and white now with 3 coats of krylon BRIGHT WHITE paint . next i will get some white calk and do the seam up to clean it up and make it look better and seal out he water . hope to get going on this at some point this fall or over the winter .

I like the chrome.

Tough call on that one. I could go either way.
stock metal center caps were chrome . and the lug nuts were chrome cap . so i am leaning to the chrome plastic nut caps . . . . letting it stew a bit before i order them or the black .

I think the chrome caps and black lug nut covers would be sharp.
well i couldnt wait till the lug nuts and nut caps showed up . . . so here we go . 
235/70/15 on 15x6.5 van width rally rim - 255/70/15 on 15x8 c-10 rally rim . whole truck is down 2.5" front and rear .
front end looks funky minus inner fenders yet to be installed / front bumper and lower airdam from a k10 non-tow hook for a extra 1.5" hang down lowered look over the c-10 version .

yes white down the middle . just not there yet .
