Is the th400 and 200 r4 able to interchange output shafts?. Is the bolt pattern the same on the extension housing?

200 R4 tranny questions

200 parts are not interchangeable. I don't think there is anything on a 200 that interchanges with the TH350, 400 or 700R4. (maybe something like some speedo pieces, but nothing major)
2004R does not have an extension housing, it's a one piece case. It's related to the 200C, that's it.

So no bolting a transfer case to one, at least not easily
Only option would be a divorced case setup.
I don't think the tranny would be well suited to truck use. When built strong handles a LOT of power (GN's running 10's) but that's in a much lighter vehicle, turning a lot less tire than most trucks on here. It's got better 1-3 gear spacing than the 700, but that's because 1st isn't as low as a 700 IIRC. Better OD as I recall as well.
