2000 jimmy rough idle

I was thinking of a problem that I had with my car with a V8 a few years ago. I was giving it gas when it started to run rough and backfired then went back to running good. I took the intake off and found 8 pushrods either bent or broken. So I'm thinking that the #4 intake pushrod or lifter is bad causing the valve not to open. The problem started when the jimmy was on the highway after 2 or so hours of driving. When I have time I'm gonna check that.

Did a compression check and #4 was under 30psi while #2 was at 180psi.

I think I found the problem. The valve and piston came it contact with each other. thanks
