2000 sub ABS issue

The ABS pump/module stays running and whining when the sub is shut off, Pulled the fuse for the abs and it shuts off. Can't find any relays for it to replace. Any idea what would cause this?

Normal problem on the new body style trucks. Unfortunately the cure is to replace the abs pump motor assembly because the relay that is bad is an internal non replaceable part.

You can replace just the brake control module. But prepare to unload your wallet.
