So the truck has been recently sold, so this is more of a musing thread/curiosity thing than a "help me fix it" deal.
Check engine light code showed "low input flexfuel sensor" (possibly low output, I can't expressly remember now).
The dam thing would also show 1/4 tank of gas and not start.
Are these 2 things related?
Would it have been possible to clean that sensor, rather than replace it? Maybe flush the gas tank? It's like a $400 part.
