Ok, I'm going to start by saying I can't look at the truck for another 3 weeks because I'm ~5,000 Miles away:eek1: Anyways, my dad has a 2002 3/4 ton burb with the LT package and autoride. The "service auto ride control" light has been coming on lately and now won't turn off. He has contacted the dealer and it is supposedly the ride height sensor on one of the wheels, but they are on national backorder till who knows when. He doesn't care about the autoride and just wants the light off. Any suggestions? He'd obviously have to ditch the autoride rear shocks and replace them but how to get the light off? Thanks.

I may have found it... on the escalade forums, the guys who lower their trucks say to disconnect the battery, swap shocks to regulars and then pull the RTD fuse and reconnect the battery... I guess that's where we'll start.
