Now, I'm not sure if this is the forum to post this... if it's not I;m sure I'll get spanked. Mods just let me know....

Our group has put together a kick ass video of the 2003 X-treme Showdown competiton. We are selling this to raise monies for the 2004 Xtreme Showdown..

Here's the jist of it

"For the first time ever, 18 of the top four wheel-drive vehicles in Western Canada gather to find out who's the best of the best! 18 driver/spotter teams put their rigs through torture. Witness the carnage as these modern day gladiators give it all they have to make it across the finish line in one piece. Sit back and watch these high dollar machines try to crawl their way over the Mini Rubicon, fight to stay running under 5 feet of muddy water and claw their way up the Stairway to Hell, navigate greasy off cambers and tight turns, all in hopes of being declared the .......................................King of Showdown 2003!

"Let the stress of skillful driving, short time periods between events, unknown obstacles and the state of prepardness or unprepardness of vehicles be the judge. A competition where well put together rigs and skilled operators is what it will take to win."

Check it out . you can buy it here ( pic there too)

AWESOME VIDEO!!! Was that green suburban bobbed in the rear or was it just so bashed it that it looked smaller?

hey are you sure about that green burb? /forums/images/graemlins/burb.gifit looked a hell of a lot shorter than it should (i had 2) it looked at least a foot and a half shorter!

i am gunna say it was shortened the back of the rear well to the bumber is only a few inches and it should be a foot and a half also the smace between the front of the weel and the door looks a little closer> ITs all in the rear window it looks way to short to be stock. but hey not my rig looks cool though /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/burb.gif

I'm having some trouble with the payment through your paypal link. Is there a Paypal address that I can pay to directly?

So I was reading up on your rig in 4wd and I noticed in one of the pics that you had tow points on your axle /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif I thought that was a huge no no. What's the deal?

Yeah, I needed the email address. The link worked fine until I actually clicked to submit the payment, then it would come up with an error. It worked fine directly through Paypal to that address. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif Who knows...

Hmmm.. why is it a no no????

Survey trucks have cables running from front of truck to the back under the diffs so when being lifted out of a situation the diffs are being pulled up instead of pulling on the chassis.

The wheels are stuck not the chassis. Why stress the suspension. Just my thoughts.

Haven't had a problem with it yet.
