Oh dang!! What happened?
he was chasing a minor fuel leak and turned key on to get pump going.. loose wire somewhere sparked and caught fire. minor fire but took out a lot...
hood, intake, fuel rail, holley sniper harness, fuel regulator, fire traveled in car some and burnt inside wires...
he was rushing cuz i go back to work and he is using my car... he is bummed but taking it well...but we have to tear it all and more out
damn.... no donuts for him..

so then till now. had a shop pick it up. been screwed left and right...
$3k in parts, $3k in labor.. nothing done..got the car back. still waiting on $3k box of new parts. guy keeps ghosting him. slowly getting everything back.
since I have been moving on my truck, he is slowly moving on his car.
When guy picked car up... I asked..$5k running? he said yeah i guess but $7k and take straight to the drift track!...
well $6k in and no engine in the car! not rebuilt or anything....
he just got the engine from the engine shop where this guy sent it... so he mocked it back in the car cuz he found another clean block he is gonna build.
