1/2 ton status
Decided it's time to move on with this truck and let it go. need something more DD/tow friendly
2007.5 2500HD GMC CCSB-6.0l gas motor
-6l90E Transmission
-241C transfer case (swapped in manual case during the solid axle swap)
-79 Ford D60 front. 4.88 gears and spartan locker. Diy4x diff cover
-Factory Rear 14B w/ 4.88 gears and detroit. diy4x diff cover
-PSE hydro assist
-1350 front shaft and 1410 factory rear shaft.
Suspension.
ORU Solid axle front brackets
ORU +6 premium ride 5.5" springs. (Atlas make sthem I believe)
Rear OffroadDesign HD shackle flip with 6" DIY4x shackles
Factory 2500HD springs
bilstein 5125 shocks. front is set up for dual shocks but only running singles.

RanchHand front bumper replacement
37x13.5x17 Toyo MT tires bought back in October 2012 around 90% tread
17X9 Ultra Thunder wheels
Interior is clean, truck runs well and the motor has never given me any issues. has approximately 67,000 miles on the truck. If I recall I did the swap with around 20,000 miles on the truck originally.
The bad:
-Few random lights on the dash due to swap.
-Dent in exhuast where front shaft bumped it.
-Truck lives on the coast so the frame and front leaf springs has some surface rust. Its nothing harmful yet but just unsightly.
-Front fenders took some abuse so theyre slightly trimed at the cab from where the 40's used to hit.
-Rear fenders also took some damage so the rear is trimmed as well so the
40's that were on the truck wouldnt hit when flexed
-Dent in tailgate (tree limb) but tailgate still works just fine.
-Horn and steering controls not working (spun the wheel while steering shaft was off box, broke ribbon cable im sure and havent gone to dealership to have it fixed.)
-Hooked up after market heated seats when I did the leather But the computer needs to be programmed by the dealership to accept the new controls so the seats will work.
