I'm looking at picking up a 2013 Chevy with a duramax and 178K on the clock. Anything besides normal maintenance items I should look out for?

Not sure what the chevys use for an after treatment system , but on the dodges the cat and diesel particulate filters useful life is before the mileage on the truck your looking at I would do some research on that stuff before purchasing.
Dang that's a lot of miles for that age! Yeah if all highway miles and good maintenance done then yeah make sure it got injectors at some point and new emissions stuff.
