Just saying we as a group need to give the Cans more to work with. Didn’t mean to offend.
I'm not offended (though I did submit my best snow shot).

The pics we got were awesome but there was definitely a lack of winter pics sent in. More importantly, EVERYONE NEEDS TO GET THEIR PICS IN BEFORE THE DEADLINE IN 2019!!!!!!!!!!

What happened to the Blazer Bash calendar idea? Were there just not enough shots to go around?
I count 9 desert shots this time, most of them from BB week. I hafta think that the rest of CK5 has enough high-quality pictures to put together a more representative calendar (most of us live nowhere near Moab). Eh?

Are they all supposed to be from this year? I have some decent shots that didn't get submitted due to their age.
I may designate myself the BB calendar photographer this year just to make sure it happens.

@Bent77 worked very hard on the BB18 calendar content but he found out the hard way that getting hi-res versions can be a pain. There were several Rigs calendar submissions that didn't make the cut (but should have) only because the pics were taken in low-res or the hi-res versions were nowhere to be found.
Unfortunately, no, there was not the same degree of participation this year and we did not get much in the way of non-desert/arid shots. I don't want to beat a dead horse, but hopefully next year's better.

The BB lack of pictures is partly my fault. Wrong setting on the camera. So sized were small.
My submission almost didn't make the cut because I couldn't find who took the original pic, as it wasn't my camera. But eventually the picture taker was located.
I will help Bent and Wade all I can this year.

You may not realize this but that is at the mudbog I help put on and announce.
I am in the background in that pic.
Our mudbog is a 100% charity other than our minor cost to put it on . We keep about 800 bucks in the account but last year we donated 3800 bucks to a family who has a very sick boy.
Keith in that picture was taking kids for rides. We announced that you could pay 5 bucks to ride with a mud bogger, we thought 100 bucks or so extra . Well it just kept going. Plus poeple donated money for kids who couldn't afford to pay the 5 bucks. We made close to a grand just doing that and Keith ( who HATES mud) probably drove through the pit 10 times.
So February is a good calender month for our calender but awesome story.
