Hi Stephen,
Just wanted to know what time/trouble/costs are involved in modifing a 350 version 203 to a 400 version? Same case, different input gear?
Thanks in advance,

Time is about 15 minutes, 5 of which will be ordering the gear from us. The other 10 are to install the gear, it's really simple.
Trouble, not much, there's one big snapring and that's all. The gear is a direct interchange for the 27 spline version.
Cost, the new gear is $160 or so, not terrible.

This is all assuming you have the adapter plate sorted out already. That plate throws a kink in things since it's kind of rare. But if all you're after is the 32 spline input it's not hard at all.

Stephen- do you have any idea where to get a hold of one of the adapter plates? Thanks a lot!

No idea at this point, junkyard only pretty much. That's why we've been using the 208 version TH400 adapter parts. We may have to look into building some adapter plates.
