Was reading some things and am not sure, how does this work out? I mean is it just a bolt up(after drilling the 208 bolt pattern onto the 203 I mean) or is there a shaft issue?

Use a short output shaft for the tranny, Ryan (Tork) should actually have his old one or you can get one from ORD and use the TH350/203 adapter.
