I know it’s probably obvious but when I wipe my finger underneath I don’t feel any oil. But there is a drip from the flange.? Yes, it has the little groove nylon washer or whatever it is in there. Which I assume is there to prevent leaks from the output shaft.

The 203 is full and has a slight lean downward towards the rear of the truck, as it’s not level, if that makes sense. Anyway, So I don’t get how the oil can go against gravity and leak forward and out?

There is no leak point above that I can find....

When you put the yoke on, did you put the star shaped seal behind the nut, or some Right Stuff?

Probably coming past the splines

Slight weep here as well. It has the paper gasket and
Is tight.
Is this manageable? I reeeeealy do not feel like pulling this thing just stop a little leak.

Is there a cheat maybe smear some permatex “right stuff” to stop it?

I noticed on the other 203 I pulled it had a ton sealeant between these matin surfaces. Probably to prevent this, but I was told a paper gasket should suffice.

Yes
It has one like this, no permatex....

I figured it is. I bet I can pull the shaft off and put some sealer there without dropping the case....
I hope.

Should nor have to drop the case, but if you pull the yoke, clean it good and goo it up

If these two leaks are a “Keep an eye on them before driving” I’d much rather just fill than have to pull this thing down to try and Stop the leak.

It’s not too much trouble to pull the front driveline

but it’s not gonna go away

I’m not worried about the front as much as the other. I’m more concerned with leak coming in the other picture. That’s the one that would warrant a pull down of the case. Unless you know of a cheater fix of possibly smearing goo all over it.. hahahahahaha

Did this oring get installed?
And I know there’s a seal either in the th350 or the t case

I’m pretty sure it’s coming from here. Yes, new seal.

The adapter has a seal, which I put a new one but it’s not leaking from there.

Probably will leak until it’s below the level where it can leak... maybe that will be a sufficient level of oil. Hahahahah

It will sling and still run out. May wanna keep an eye on that level!

Well it looks like I won't be interrupting you two talking, so I will ask.
Are the bolts holding the adapter to the front of the 203 into oil? Or are they blind holes? I don't remember.

I don’t think so... it pushes in and a nut locks down in the center.
I’m sure it’s leaking past the grooved rubber washer. But I’m just going to let it weep and keep an eye on it after a drive.
I’m not pulling that skull crushing beast down unless I absolutely have to...

I don't think that you are getting what I am trying to spell out in text.
The one picture with the red rag is the adapter plate, which is bolted to the front of the case, correct? The 3/8" bolts going through it to hold it to the main case housing. Could they be seeping because of going into oil?
The flange for the front output probably needs some silicone under the washer with the nut holding it on the shaft. As already mentioned.

Yes those on the front go to oil. I think... I assume that because the old ones on the other 203, all the bolts has silicone on them..
I could pull each one and goo it up and see what happens.
I have some aviation sealant I can put on.

I didn’t put any sealant on the front shaft thinking the washer should suffice... I was wrong as we can see. But it should have been enough but... so it goes.
My new tranny cooler lines are arriving tomorrow so I can the add the weeps and other stuff to the coming days projects.
