203 no worky....please help

Ok so I really want to wheel my 75 some more before it gets taken apart but my 203 stoped working /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

little detals are is has the part time kit.


When I put it in 4wd and lock the hubs "detroit locker in axle" my axle shafts are turning and the d-shaft barly turns but no torque is being applied /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

this sucks a rural farm county's donky butt

nope I took the plate off to find a shattered chain /forums/images/graemlins/yikes.gif

I ended up disasembling the truck tonight /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif
 
I have never seen on on the inside , they still work 2wd when broken ? I watched you drive away on it !! Is the chain for front output ? /forums/images/graemlins/truck.gif
 
I don't know about the 203, but the 208 is like that. The chain drives the front output. I imagine that it is the same on a 203.

yep still drives, but I have the truck apart now and I am only using the range box for the doubler..so the trucck got to meet its death /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
