Is that really the going rate for one of those??????? My god I could buy a Th350 and a 205 for that price. I just want to ditch the full time BS. At some point I will put my 208 or find a 205 to put in, Im sick of running these damn trucks in hi lock with the hubs unlocked, then having to lock the hubs in when I want 4x4. Thing is that I HATE HATE HATE driving with the full time crap

Is there a cheaper way to accomplish the same thing as this shaft? I was told to stay away from the kits with the 4 block looking deals to lock the shaft. could I weld it up or something?

i've been running the cheap 4x2 conversion in my 203. giving it quite the beating and have had no problems. there's no way i would spend $400 on a 203.

th350 203 and 205 same output shaft.

th350 208 /241 diffrent output shaft.

I think Im just gonna deal with the 203 as is for a while then when the budget allows get a 205. theres a local yard here that has a few trucks with the TH350/205 so I could get the right front shaft at the same time.

going to school sure is getting in the way of my trucks, and classes havent even started yet.
