I have 77 with a 203tc and locking hubs. How can I determine if it has been been converted to part time 4x4 or not?

unlock hubs.
put in low or high NON lock position .
see if it moves.
if yes = converted.
if no = not converted.
put in low or high NON lock position .
see if it moves.
if yes = converted.
if no = not converted.

So on my twin stick set up... A. un locked hubs
B. left shifter in 4 wheel (Back position)
C. right stick in neutral ?
B. left shifter in 4 wheel (Back position)
C. right stick in neutral ?
no right stick to unlock it
left stick forward or rear doesnt matter low or high
left stick forward or rear doesnt matter low or high
