do you make a plate kit to make a 203 range box in to a fixed yoke output? as the truck will have a divorced tcase and would still like 203 box. thanks.

We used to have a kit specifically for that but didn't sell enough of them to justify the batch size for the parts, so we bailed on it. At this point you can put a TH400 output yoke on our output shaft and then I'd say you should run some kind of bushing or bearing around the yoke and of course a seal. I don't think this would be a huge machining project but it's still not trivial. What about using a divorced ford 203 and running both 'cases together with a 2wd trans?

I don't have any pics left over, we lost a lot of info in a hard drive crash a few years back and any pics I had then are now gone. With some dusty paperwork digging I might be able to find a shaft sketch but that's pretty easy, graft a 205 output on the back of a 203 shaft. The specs are the hard part and I know I don't have those.
I think at this point I'd start with our existing kit and look at adding a bushing or bearing around the 400 output yoke.

I guess you're one of the 5 or 6 people that have one of our old kits? Apparently it's a collector's item now!
