203 to 205

I don't mean to hijack but I ask this every chance I get and still havn't gotten an answer.

How much longer is the rear dline when swapping to a 205 from a 203. Or can someone with a 6" lift give me an exact measurement of theirs.

Honestly, it is going to be a little different on each truck.

go with the doubler kit dude. its the strongest transfer case that uses factory parts. the kit requires the 203 and the 205.

Good, I think I'll throw some on just to be safe. I have the cast cover on now, all I need is the brackets and the struts. They can't be too expensive.....

I payed 9 bucks for new ones from the dealer about 10 years ago
