203 to 208 conversion

I have a 79 K20 with a TH400/203 combo. Can I bolt in a 208 tcase without transmission modifications? I know I need drivelines and such. But, will the 208 adaptor bolt up to TH400?

nope will bolt up but need longer tail shaft. as long as the 208 is from a 400 tranny.

I have the th400 with 208, I want the 203

I even have someone coming down from Washington this thursday but he is in Tacoma
