I have a t-400 version 205, rails,and front shaft, the shifter is still there as well.

I also a have a part time 203 with a busted chain with a t-400 adapter 100.00

t-400, real strong built tranny and has withstood my abuse, works well, but I recommend a rebuild based on how I drove it 150.00
