Just did mine a couple of weeks ago. Drop the t-case and drain. Pull the rear output section and you disassemble it completely. There's 2 places that have needle/free bearings. One is in the inside of the output shaft, the other is 2 sets of rollers inside the low gear. Don't loose any of them. There will be 2 motherfucker snap rings in there. I busted all my tips ****ing w/ them so I ended up getting a good pair like these - you'll need them. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/otc-7313
And you'll need to use some manliness to get that yoke onto the new shaft. It's a pain.
