as far as i know, not all. but most. i could be wrong. i had 3 ford t-cases at one point. all 3 had 32 spline outputs, 31 spline inputs.

Yup, far as I know. NEVER seen or even heard otherwise.

Just like the others said, "As far as I know." I've got one too (thanks Grant! /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif) and every Ford 205 I've ever seen is 31 in and 32 out on both sides. But, Ford is known for odd, bizarre and inconsistent things here and there.
