205 question

Just a quick question. I just bought a np205 with a th350 adapter for 100 bucks. So my question is where the shift rails come out of the case and are connected by the plate it is broke right at the hole. Can anyone send me a picture of the top view of the shift rail connecting plate. Also can I weld this.

I'm sending a pic, but you may have to zoom in to see it more clearly. It may help you. If it's just the plate that's broken may be just as easy to make a new one.

I would just find another plate from a junk 205 but you could weld it I guess.If yours is like the picture a Ford 205 plate would work by flipping it over!
