205 shift forks discontinued! Where to buy?

I am rebuilding another 205 (this time a TH400 version) and am doing a write up (to follow-up my last one). This one I plan submitting to the tech section. One BIG problem is I disassembled it today and notice one shift fork was toast and the other should be replaced.

I called my local GM dealer who found the part number 3975715, but found it was discontinued. I then went to gmpartsdirect and they say it's no longer available.

Can anyone help?

1.) What shape are they in (got pics)
2.) Would you be willing to sell the shift collars (hubs) too
3.) How much and how soon can you ship them
